This high end gourmet retail shop will be the third unit I have designed for this client. These stores specialize in appealing to the daytime needs of the enormous pool of offices in Midtown Manhattan. This will offer pasta cooked to order, sushi, sandwiches and salads made to order, pizza and pannini, beverages and coffee service. There will be 40 seats available for eat-in but the bulk of the business is take out and office catering.
The forms that define the space are based on the Golden Mean, with its natural proportions and elegant grace. The space will feel inviting, efficient, clean and stylish.
