Gutting this recently converted condominium in the historic Sofia Brothers Building was a pleasure, since so much of the work was of such low quality. Working closely with the owner we replaced everything in the apartment including the kitchen and bath, resulting in a handsome, cheerful, bright pied-a-terre for this peripatetic couple.
