This is the third incarnation of the exuberantly successful Soho noodle house and emporium. The corner location is flooded with light during the day and at night diners within focus on the busy traffic that has developed in this neighborhood. The downstairs room is reminiscent of noodle shops in Hong Kong. Brad Kelley, the owner, has visited Asia many times and this restaurant is a distillation of many collected images and flavors.
